Takin' My Medicine Ball...

We've had this back ball around here for as long as I remember. Mum must have ordered it back before she got sick.

I co-opted it to roll on at three am on those nights construction work left me unable to sleep with a stiff spine that wouldn't let the hell go.

A half hour rolling around on it with an arched back would usually solve the sticking vertebrae issue and I would be able to go back to bed...

Apparently, you can do more with the ball than just roll around on it, mimicking an inflated upside down turtle...

You can exercise!

I found this routine via You-Tube, and do all of them except the one that resembles a push-up while watching prime time tv.

It is my own version of pay to play...

I finally deflated my ball. I thought I might use it as a seat for my keyboard but couldn't even be bothered with that. It's just so big to leave lying around.

I have a fit ball here doing nothing and you may have inspired me to turn the stomach into steel.

I'm implementing this regimen in my workout right away...lol, all kidding aside, I wish I could do even half of that routine.
