Computer Pile Up Clogging The Arterial Spread...

I got home from work today and my new XP410 was sitting in the garage on Mum's ramp just waiting for me to cut open the box and grab all the goodies and run inside and hook it all up right next to the computer and the desk I am supposed to be giving up and giving back...

I don't have a network cable so to register and install, I had to play musical phone line (yes, dial up for us country bumpkins...) and I ran the new girl through her paces and she did fine until she ran into dial-up...

Waaaahhh!

Our local provider is working on getting DSL to us, but they are having "glitches". I told them to kick the side of the damn thing and let us have our DSL.

They said no.

I've got a cool series of stories coming soon-- I had this inspiration at lunch-- so swing by and look for it...

Now back to my new toy...
