Progress Makes Perfect

So, here is seven working days from the platform to where we are now. We are motoring along like a bunch of youngin's, even though at 43, I am the youngest except for a new laborer we hired from the local teepee... Posted by Picasa

HI scott! Sorry, but have tempererorily fallen of the planet. Promise to be back soon. I'll be a little older, a little wiser, and the way things are shaping up, a little sader. But still Here.

Love your house building by the way. Nothing more attractive about a man than the knowing he knows what a hammer is and how to use it. Yummy!!

Nice looking spot. Looks like bushfire bait! Any Oregon in that timber!

Hi Tisty! Glad to hear you are still on the planet. Sorry about the other stuff, whatever it may be. I know about saws too...

Hi dogbait. We don't have a wood called Oregon. You probably mean Douglas fir, which is mostly wat you see. Also, Sugarpine, and False Cedars, Ponderosa Pine and the occasional Hemlock...

Flat Coke. We have'em. Don't often see 'em. Lots of weirdos with big guns up in these woods.

I imagine the bears prefer California which is about 10 miles down the valley... More liberal.

Hi, Scott. Do you mean that ten miles makes a difference in liberalism? To hear folks talk it's more like anything on the west coast is liberal.

My daughter who lives in Truckee has bears visiting all the time. They can't leave so much as a Coke can laying around.

Nice looking area.

It gets old looking at the scrub and puny ass trees here in south Texas
