Snow! Woohoohoo!

We've been having rain and rain showers round these parts this last week.

One of the best ways to avoid getting wet while still getting outside, is to get snowed on.

I took the dogs back up to Kerby Peak for a nice hike yesterday, and ALMOST got a great shot of Badu enjoying a downhill sprint in the snow.

If it weren't for the patch of blue in the sky, it would look almost like a black and white photo.

We've got rain today. I'll take it over snow any time - no shoveling.

Hey, that does look like fun. I could really have a frolicking time with Badu. Until the vitals starting freezing up.

I understand that better resolution of Badu's face/head would make for the shot of doggy joy you intended, but as it is the photo makes a great heart-stopping, predator/attack scene.

Man, I love that photo! Thanks for sharing.

For some reason it reminded me of a shot I took at Teton Pass above Jackson Hole a few winters back...minus the dog of course!

The dog looks like he/she saw a Grizzly and was headin' home!

That's a wonderful second frozen in time you've captured - fabulous! Use safe sex with the Chinaman, he gets around..

My kids and my dogs are so sad that we don't have any snow this year. Those gorgeous photos were enough to start making me sad, too, dangit!
