Strange Days And Camel Toes--

Winter is coming- the real winter- in a hurry.

Our nights are now officially dark and frozen and menacing to be out in.

We put the heat on and stare out windows, waiting for the snows to come and decorate our landscape.


Politics too, is in winter. We wait for the inelegant one to get the heck out of dodge, while we wait for the anointed one to "show us what he's got".

More of the same and then some, I'm afraid. Like a fresh wind carrying old mal-odors into tired spaces.

I'm so tired of Washington. I'm so tired of the major media's reporting of Washington. I'm so tired of the Chris Dodd types who demand the dismissal of corporate execs who are trying to make cars while he's part of a Congress that owes well over 12 TRILLION dollars and makes nothing.

We've lost the ability to pull our trousers up in this country.
We have people anointing each other with motor oil and praying for their government to borrow more money from China.
