From Here Past Helens And Back...
“So let me get this straight?” asked a blogger friend while walking in downtown Seattle, “You are essentially on a blind date for six days?”
I was and we were.
And in those six days, I felt like a grizzly old bull next to this China doll beauty who braved the question marks and came out to travel around with me.
If ever there was a contrast in galootness to cuteness, we were that indeed.
I made it home with tired eyes, happy to be out of the tiny tin can car and grazing around in our large yard throwing sticks for the dogs and checking the creek for fish.
It was wonderful to put faces to names and thoughts, and all of you who know who you are, were as wonderful as I often thought you were.
Weeeee.

I've had a lot of fun visiting bloggers. Good for you! :)
I thought you were friendlier in person than you seem on your blog. And that's better than me saying it the other way around.
But now i shall know better. Glad you arrived home all of a piece.
I'm envious...sounds like a lot of fun and interesting sights as well.
Thanks for sharing.
Glad you had fun, Scott.
Snazzy pajamas!
You are wonderful too Oregon! I am so sad you lost your hat. We'll be looking for it. I am sure you will get another :)
What an adventure!! I bet you had a lot of fun. Any plans for a reunion in the works???
konnichiha! It was great 'meeting you'. And I'd ride your shoulders anytime. ;-)
It was a pleasure meeting you, Oregon. We'll have to figure out the when and where to do it again.
So glad you enjoyed yourself! There's just nothing like being home again, though, is there?
